Another fantastic trip out for the whole family at our fabulous local Garden Centre. Fancy dress, spooky sweets and creepy crafts await all young witches, skeletons and ghosts! Just £2 per child with a goody bag to take home.
Christmas officially starts here! Visit Father Christmas in his Grotto and receive an early Christmas present.
We look forward to welcoming back our friends from Sheringtots and North Crawley Baby and Toddler Group for a morning of fun and exploration! Parents looking to secure a place for your child who will be turning 2 in 2020 are encouraged to attend and complete a registration form as places fill up fast!
Our little friends at Sheringtots and SCAN Baby & Toddler Group (North Crawley) are coming to play at Pre-School! If you are expecting a baby or have a child aged 0-2 years, we strongly encourage you to come along and put their name down for Pre-School as our registers fill up fast! Meet our qualified staff, explore the setting and enjoy refreshments while chatting with other local parents.
The Pre-school will be represented at this traditional village event with Maypole dancing from the village school children and a turn for everyone afterwards.
Following on from the sucess of last years collection, we have once again arranged for a collection from Bags2school. Collection bags should be brought to preschool on the morning of the 8th May (or before if you are not in on that day). We are paid per KG when the bags are collected. Get ready, set, go! Can you find the hidden pieces of our giant puzzle to help make an Easter Picture and win a goody bag? Join us for Easter crafts, games and stalls and a visit from the Easter Bunny. Bring some cash and be sure to pick up some raffle tickets for our fabulous Easter Hampers, an epic Chocolate Cake or a basket of Hotel Chocolat eggs! You can also pop in to the cafe to check out their special Easter Menu.
Sherington Pre-School is run by a committee of parents, and it is vital that we attract new members each year. If you are interested in joining the committee and would like to know more, please pop in for a drink and a chat on Wednesday 21 February between 19:30 - 21:30. We need new volunteers to keep Pre-School open. It’s not just for Mums… Dads and Grandparents welcome!
Love and icing sugar are in the air as Pre-School prepares for our Valentines Bake Sale on Friday 9th February! If you can find time to bake something, please bring your goodies along to the Village Hall for 09:15. If not, join us anyway and bring some cash to satisfy your sweet tooth! Every penny raised will go towards new resources.
Your Christmas holiday starts here! Char Cha Chimps will be entertaining the children, followed by a visit from Father Christmas.
The children will be performing their version of The Nativity, and a selection of carols and Christmas songs. Join us at Sherington Village Hall to celebrate all of the children's achievements over 2017.
